This coffee comes from smallholder farmers in the Inzá municipality, part of the Tierradentro region in Western Cauca, where most of the population belongs to the Paez indigenous community. The farms are small, typically between 0.5 to 1.5 hectares and sit at elevations around 1,700 meters above sea level. The main coffee varieties grown here are Catillo and Caturra.
Through a trusted local growers' association, we work directly with these producers to ensure quality and traceability from farm to cup.
