This lively single origin comes from the Muje Mesina washing station in East Guji, Located 17km from Adola town. Sourced from smallholder farmers growing heirloom varietals at elevations above 1,980 m.a.s.l, this lot showcases the best of Ethiopia's high-altitude terroir.
Ripe cherries are hand-sorted and naturally processed on raised beds, producing a syrupy, fruit-forward cup with vibrant notes of tropical fruit and kiwi. The station's commitment to quality and community is evident from Brix-based cherry selection to the installation of clean water sources for local families.
Carefully dried over 15-18 days, rested and handpicked, this coffee is a refined and expressive example of what Guji does best: juicy, complex and full of character.
